Old Kentucky Gal is confused. The rule is speak softly and carry a big stick ! My take here is that you spoke to loudly and you ain't got no damned stick ! They deported a terrorist from over in Lodi and sent him packing to Pakistan. Deportation sounds like a plausible solution because you couldn't use a big stick, even if you had one.
