[CTS] Chas' Time Problem

Any conclusions Chas?
I've checked through a bunch of those posts and the three hour difference is
consistent. There are some relays in there that must be in India or someplace?
Are you running your own mail server?
For all things there is a reason and I would have to assume there is one for
the fact that you show 10 o'clocks where I show 11 o'clocks ?
You previously mentioned a server so I was wondering if the clock could be
off on that?
Beats me ?????
