[CTS] CD-RW Istall Question.

I installed a RDK 12x10x32x on my firends Compaq. It didn't seem to be that
great. He claims is HP 4x4x??x is faster. I have the drive on the same cable
as the DVD. He since replaced it himself. He didn't Like Nero, as it was too
confusing for him. He couldn't figure out how to leave the CD open. He was
never prompted...
Any ideas?
