Start > Search.
Do a search on the following: *.pwl
Once your search finds any, delete them. Now reboot.
When your pc boots up, you will be greeted with a logon. At this point,
simply hit enter [no password].
You will no longer be bothered with the login screen.

As for the user, open regedit and search for the name or company that's
entered..they're somewhere in there. You can change it there.
The user thing, I can't remember how to get rid of that.
Also, if you ever decide to get rid of that box, I'll take it. hehe
