[COMP] Admin: The "setaddy" command

I've gotten a few questions about this, so I figured it was time to let
everyone in on it. :)
If you'd like to, for whatever reason, change the email address that you're
subscribed to the list under, the process is quite simple. Just send an email
from the account you subscribed under to computers-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx and
put 'setaddy yournewemail@xxxxxxxxxxxx' in the subject line.
That's all there is to it! That should make things a bit easier for those
wishing to switch email addresses.
