For everybody who's has come across a bug in a release. please be sure to
include the reproducer steps so that we can get the bug fixed. When you
start the file a bug, there's a template used that has a section for these
steps.
And a nice little tidbit: you don't need to to worry about the step
numbers, just use "1." for each step and Github will present them with the
right sequence.
Finally, please only file bugs against releases. If you come across a bug
while playing with a development release (any version ending with "-0" is
development) please post it on the mailing and don't open a bug against it.
