Okay, so just something in the library and not a way to track it in
the file itself?

I was thinking that a flag could be set once a comic has been converted, as
part of the conversion process.
Not sure what the task queue is like, but I’m thinking something like:
Add conversion task
Convert archive
Delete original file (if checked)
Set converted flag on new archive
Delete conversion task
I could probably figure out which comics have been converted by looking at
the page names in the database though.

As I work my way through processing my library, it would be useful if there
was a flag or indicator that would tell me that I had converted a comic via
CX.
I think it would be easier to apply a filter to a comic that's queued
up for conversion since, otherwise, there's no way to tell after the
fact if a comic was assembled by CX or by some other means.
I also wouldn’t mind if during the conversion, I could specify a naming
convention for the pages – rather than the current “offset-000”,
“offset-001” etc., although being able to choose between “offset-“ and
“filename-000” would be fine.
Good suggestion. I've created issue #516 to capture this.
