One cause of the error message when getting comic updates is that the
user's session has expired. But it's hard to tell since the screen
grab above doesn't have enough detail: I'd need to see the full stack
to give a better assessment of what might be causing it.
After restarting your server, but before deleting any database, you
should try to log in and look at the Task Audit Log to see what error
traces were stored. There should be entries in there that are marked
as failed tasks. If not, then I'd definitely need to see the console
output for the server to know what happened. In the above I see it's a
NullPointerException which would likely get past the exception
handling.
