Due to issues with using Alpine with WebP images, I've pushed a PR today to
switch our Docker image over to using debian:buster-slim. I did some local
testing and the contain seems to be working just fine with importing comics
with WebP images in them.
If anybody has a library with more WebP images and could test the
container, I'd appreciate it.
