I thought I'd join in sharing two of my favorite Gene Colan pieces.
1) Night Force #1 Cover
After leaving Marvel, Marv Wolfman and Gene Colan created Night Force for
DC. Despite heavy promotion (16 page insert in Teen Titans!) it never came
to more than 14 glorious issues. Here is the cover to #1!

2) Tomb of Dracula #4 - painted cover
Gene Colan returned to Tomb of Dracula in a Marvel / Epic Comics serie, in
four parts. This is the painted cover to #4. Red is the only color for a
painted Dracula cover as far as I am concerned!
