Hey Keith,
Post a good clear from a couple of different angles that clearly show this
"warping". Watercolor pieces are very commonly warped, due to all the water
the paper absorbs.
So without pictures, it's impossible to know if the warping you're seeing
is the normal kind typical of watercolor pieces or overly warped to be
considered damaged.
