[comicart-l] Acetates in Comiclink auction

I noticed several acetates in the current Comiclink auction.
There is no description as to what they ma have been used for or when they were 
produced.
Are these things authentic?
For instance I doubt this was produced in 1963 as the date that is stated in 
the auction:

I stopped browsing eBay auction due to plethora of these 'production art' 
listings and now they have surfaced in Comiclink.
