There are 2 Changing rooms 18.5’x5’ per room with limited hooks but space to
put costumes, a mirror, chairs and water
The 42’x19’ ballroom will be closed to visitors until 6 pm but we have full
access during that time and can get there from the changing rooms.
Arrival by 4:30 (you can arrive earlier if you want). We can unload and then
drive around to park.
We will probably perform a bit and then have audience participation and then a
break and then repeat (3 dances per performance)
Please check for all your costume bits for this Jane Austen performance and
send Sam and I a message saying you have everything.
Shoe note: the director laid down a rug to protect the floor from the visitors’
shoes. They are talking about taking it up for us. I told her it was pretty
essential for our piece. Please bring shoes for wood and rug just in case.
Our performance will start at six and we should be done by eight with the
break. There will be hand pies and cider and they are playing pride and
prejudice (not the A&E one) in a side room.
