Anyone know anything about any "orientation" that dads would get from this
program? I'm always leery of referring clients to strongly pro-one or the
other parent programs, because they sometimes appear more interested in taking
a position than in helping the parent to co-parent....

Hi all;
I am sending the info below on behalf of Shelly Mahon, doctoral student, as
part of her dissertation. Any help you could provide in directing father's to
test her program would be great!

Apart, Not Broken: Learn, Connect, & Create is a FREE, online, multi-media
program for fathers to adjust and parent after divorce or separation.
Developed by Shelly D. Mahon out of the University of Wisconsin-Madison as part
of her doctor al work, this 12-week program combines (1) videos reflecting the
real life experiences of fathers, (2) links to online interactive tools and a
discussion forum, (3) current and concise information about adjusting and
parenting after divorce or separation, (4) recommended activities for fathers
and their children, and (5) additional resources about separation and divorce.
The program is for fathers with at least one child that is 18 years of age or
younger. It is flexible, convenient, and available worldwide anywhere with an
Internet connection. More information is available on our Facebook page
(www.facebook.com/ApartNotBrokenLearnConnectCreate) or our newsletter site
(www.divorceddadinstitute.com/newsletter). Please help me spread the word
through listserves, blogs, social media sites, new sletters, and other forms of
communication.
