In response to my question, the person added this information:
I do not have any specifics. I understand an atty in Colorado was
sued for partiipating in a collaborative lawsuit. I do not track these
things.
Maybe a national leader or someone in Colorado, or both, could help with
answer. Either post it directly on ABA, or here & I'll copy to ABA list.
