This may be slightly off-topic. After a recent particularly
frustrating experience in court I decided that a critical question a
domestic relations client needs to ask his attorney in considering process
options is this: Is the judge someone that you would be comfortable with
making possibly life-changing decisions about your own life? I'd love to
hear your thoughts on that question.
