I have a bill pending in the Nevada Legislature (A.B. 571) which would mandate
mediation in domestic cases with some exceptions. I have the basic legal
materials from Utah for what that state did in 2005.
I would like to hear from Utah lawyers on how that program is working in
their state. Any articles, studies, etc.?
