In response to Glenn's message below, this morning the NPR commentary
program "On Point" with Tom Ashbrook devoted an hour to Collaborative
Divorce. The guests were Prof. Stephanie Coontz and Lee Rosen (a CP
colleague from North Carolina). They both did a great job. There were
a few dissenting views expressed by a few callers, but the vast majority
of callers were quite positive about CP. One of the best calls was from
a young man from Salem, MA, who said that his parents used a
collaborative process in the early 1990s (perhaps what he really meant
was mediation?), and that he and his adult sisters have benefited
greatly from their parents' amicable relationship in the post-divorce
years. The show will be aired on some NPR stations this evening and
will be available on the www.OnPointRadio.org

P.S. I dialed in to the program, and they put me on the air near the
end. I mentioned the ABA Ethics Opinion and how CP is becoming quite

I just got a message from Melissa Van Beck that today, on KSFC at "8"
there is a program on Collaborative Divorce. She thought the
program could be also "steamed" I have no other information. -
