A number of people have posted recently on the listserv
(CollabLaw@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx) inquiring about collaborative pro bono
projects. I have posted on the listserv 3 files under a new folder "Pro
Bono" : an article I presented to the State Bar of Texas Collaborative Law
Spring Conference, a protocol that has been accepted for use in Dallas, and
a handout of the Dallas Alliance of Collaborative Professionals protocol for
court-annexed pro bono collaborative cases that was included in IACP
workshop forum materials in Toronto. I hope this helps those of you
pursuing the subject. We plan to have a message board on the IACP website
that I will be monitoring that should be a forum for these types of
