The Oklahoma Academy of Collaborative Professionals wants to update it's notice
and stipulation to the court that a particular case is collaborative. Our
current notice and stipulation is something we cobbled together probably a
decade ago (and most certainly "borrowed" from other jurisdictions). I would
appreciate any samples from others so that we can "borrow" again from the
collective wisdom. So as not to clog the listserve, please send them to me by
private message. I'm happy to share what I learn with anyone interested.
