Hi everyone. We have some New Jersey lawyers calling our group wondering if
there is a New Jersey Collaborative Law Group. I am told the sentiment in
some circles is that New Jersey doesn't need it b/c they are generally a
collaborative lot. (some think it is only for "high-conflict city people")
Are there New Jersey lawyers out there waiting for critical mass to start a
group? It may be gelling. Is there someone or a group of someones to whom I
can refer these interested New Jersey lawyers who are interested in
collaborative law?
