Hello all: Our practice group asks that lawyers complete a "new case report"
at the beginning of each case so that we can track numbers. Unfortunately, it
is like herding cats and we have low compliance. Every once in a while,
though, I am sent a "gem". Today was such a day. The following was included
at the end of a new case report:
Other issues:_Husband is an alcoholic; he signed a General Power of Attorney
for wife at end of the first meeting. She agreed to get him into rehab, etc.
pay all outstanding bills until we sort things out once he has completed
program. All this would not have been possible without safety of Collaborative
Model.
