The NPR program, The State We're In, a co-production of WAMU (American
University in Washington, DC, and Radio Netherlands) had a very nice bit about
collaborative practice in the US.

It is posted on the Radio Netherlands website which you can reach via WAMU. I
don't know of the program's availability in North America, but it is broadcast
in DC. It was a very good segment, as was the whole show.
