My practice group (Collaborative Practice of the East Bay California)
is creating a mentoring program for new members who join our group. I
am interested to know what other practice groups have done to
establish mentoring programs and/or opportunities for their members.
Specifically how much experience, (e.g.,collaborative and
professional), is required to be a mentor; what other requirements and
obligations are members expected to fulfill; and any other ideas or
issues in mentoring that your groups have encountered. We are also
interested to know if there has been any discussion about, or
experience of, liability issues that have emerged in mentoring
relationships.
