I believe this question may have been discussed before on this list
and, if so, I apologize for my poor skills in researching the archives.
In any event, our group is working to establish interdisciplinary
teams. We are debating whether there should be a different dues level
for mental health and financial professionals. Thus far we have two
levels of participation: practicing attorneys pay $500 initially and
$500 per year. This includes membership in IACP. We have a special
membership category for members who will be involved in direct client
representation.
We are curious to know the kinds of dues structures other groups have
established and the reasons for any differential treatment of various
professional categories.
