Ross et al are correct; in my enthusiasm to drum up even more donations for
the IACP, I misread the exception to the new policy on Canada tax refunds to
exempt hotel taxes from the cancellation. Wishful thinking. We're stuck with
the taxes.
But the Forum was terrific and it certainly was worth it!
