The IACP research is progressing nicely! We have 61 partially completed
(not yet finally submitted surveys) and 8 finally submitted practice
surveys. The survey allows you to save data and complete it as you go
along, or complete it once the case concludes. Once you hit final submit
the data is counted. If all the cases that are now partially completed are
finished, we can expect a nice sampling from our first quarter, which ends
January 15 with an extra two weeks to submit the cases which conclude in
this time frame. As you know, there are going to be many cases concluding
at year end/year beginning. So, don't forget to go online and close out
your cases by completing your surveys.
Talia wrote Linda Wray and me today the following:
"I am working with Fenton and IPEC on various proposals for ongoing media
relations work in 2007. One issue that continues to frustrate our efforts is
our lack of data about CP. As we plan for media relations work next year,
the availability of information coming out of the survey will be critical."
So, you see, we are really not joking about how important this collection of
data is. Talia really motivated me. Thanks for all of you who have
responded and will respond to the call to complete surveys.
