2007 IACP Mini-Diversity Grants
We are pleased to announce the IACP Task Force on Diversity, Accessibility &
Inclusivity Mini-Grant Program. Any IACP member or Collaborative Practice
group is eligible to apply for a grant. These grants are a commitment by
IACP to support the work of its members and to expand awareness and
availability of Collaborative Practice to underserved communities.
The deadline for receipt of applications is 4:00 p.m. Pacific time on May 1,
2007. Awards will be made no later than July 1, 2007 and all funded
activities must be complete by the end of 2007.
It is the intention of the Task Force to award several grants with no grant
being more than $1,500 for a total of no more than $10,000.
If you wish to apply for a grant please complete the application form, using
the guidelines provided, which can be found on the IACP website at
