For me, this video is an effective way of understanding the 
simplicity of a very complex idea. That is, it is very easy to get 
bogged down in the minutia of one's own life; when in fact, it's the 
understanding of the larger picture; the acknowledgement of a grand 
scheme; the asking of a river-rock question (as Chip might say); and 
the resolve to acheive that far reaching goal that may inspire us to 
make the choice as to whether or not to deal with the minutia in the 
first place.
I'm in awe of people who can describe a very personal experience in a 
way that enables others to share in the insight of that experience; 
but then again, she is a brain researcher! ;).
