Can anyone provide references to court decisions regarding confidentiality
clauses in
participation agreements? E.g., either permitting or precluding testimony from
a
collaborative professional who has been subpoenaed as a witness, where the
parties have a
signed participation agreement with a clause forbidding such testimony?
