Greetings All.
Our collaborative law group here in Rochester New York has recently launched a
PR and advertising campaign in our efforts to take public awareness of
collaborative practice to a higher level. One of the areas in which we
continue to meet with resistance is our local newspaper's requirement that any
news stories that they would do must include names and some background
information on individuals who have gone thru the collaborative process
personally.
We have obviously had difficulty in finding both members of a former couple to
be willing to expose some of their personal history in this way, and I'm
throwing our request out to our larger collaborative network to see if any of
you have had clients who would be willing to talk about their experience with a
paper not in their home town.
