Subject: [CollabLaw] screening tools
Hello All,
I have done a search of the posts on this site, and peeked in the
files, but have been unable to locate any jewels of information
regarding intake screening.
As a newbie, I wonder if any of you practicing pro's would be
willing to direct me to those kind of resources? I am looking for
tools that a law student could use in screening couples for the
appropriateness of CL, and to hopefully identify key issues (such as
drug/alcohol issues, abuse, safety concerns, etc.).
I appreciate any tips you may have to offer! As well, might I be
brazen enough to suggest that I would be willing to compile my
findings and open a file on this list if any (besides me!)think this
would be a useful resource?
As a new lawyer set to begin...my fears first turn to intake
screening. I wonder if others share /have previously felt my
concerns about this important aspect of the process?? Thanks!
Respectfully,
Erin Bowman
