I don't know about that, but the Collaborative Law Association, the oldest such organization in California and the second oldest in the US, is sponsoring a training by several experienced trainers on February 8, 2002 in San José, CA. It's easy to get there. This is one of three levels of training that CLA offers and is designed for those with no or only a modest amount of CL experience. It is open to financial and mental health professionals, as well as attorneys.

Essential skills for successful dispute resolution will be taught in a workshop that is definitely different. This type of training is unavailable anywhere else or by anyone else.
