Hi, Honey. I'm happy to hear that the book is useful for this purpose. I
am the bottleneck: I have the galleys in my briefcase as I type this
message. ABA is eager to have final edits back from me so that the
expanded, revised second edition can go into print. But it won't,
regrettably, be in time for this training. I will ask my editor about
getting first edition copies directly from ABA. Best, PHT
