The CL cases that are handled in Florida are pre-suit so the court has no
jurisdiction of the case. However, if a party dies after a final judgment
has
been entered that incorporates the settlement agreement ,the judgment can be
enforced against the estate. Should the case be pending before the court
and no final judgment yet entered, death of a party deprives the court of
further jurisdiction .
