On March 19-21 the Collaborative Law Institute of Texas will hold
its Spring Retreat at Barton Creek Resort and Spa in Austin, Texas.
Nonmembers may attend although space is filling fast. We expect a
fullhouse of 130 attendees. If your group is wanting to see how
collaborative law is accepted in Texas, come to our meeting. We have
cosponsorships from the Bar Sections, underwriting from leading
firms and lawyers, appearances by our State Bar President and
Justice Evans, founder of the ADR movement in Texas, panels of
experts on practice development and case management, review of
protocols of practice and much more. We also offer golf, walking,
yoga, fine dining and a great opportunity to meet new collaborative
