Stacey,
Sent a message yesterday on the Amarillo Collaborative Law referrals and wanted
to follow up with you. I know of three attorneys I've worked with that are
trained and practice collaborative law and any/all of the three would be quite
competent for whatever your needs are.
Sally EmersonPhone: (806) 379-0348Email: Sally.emerson@xxxxxxxxx
Cindi Barela-GrahamPhone: (806) 345-3150email: cindi@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
Vaavia EdwardsPhone: (806) 371-9333email: vaavia@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
I have worked with all 3 individuals (as a financial specialist) in
Collaborative Law cases and all 3 are good Collaborative attorneys. Vaavia has
not been as active in the collaborative law area as either Cindi or Sally. All
three work in Potter and Randall county.
On another matter, I think we've communicated before. You were working with
some doctors groups, somewhere in Tennessee I believe, and I contacted you
regarding Collaborative Law outside the family realm. I may be mistaken and if
so, please forgive me.
Hope this helps,

Subject: [CollabLaw] Referral to Attorney in Amarillo, TX - Potter County
I have a divorcing couple with children in Amarillo, Texas who is using
collaborative mediation and has settled. I need referrals to two collaborative
attorneys in Amarillo who do work in Potter County to review the draft mediated
settlement for each of them, coordinate changes and the signing with me,
draft/review the decree, and do a prove up. Thank you! Respectfully, Stacey
