wait until glitches are worked out, or is there some other way for me to

Hello IACP-ers and soon-to-be IACP-ers!
Our new website is finally up! Go to www.collaborativepractice.com and
check it out!
IACP Members: You will be getting an e mail shortly giving you your member
ID (which is your e mail address) and your password, which you will use to
log on to the "members only" site, where you should first change your
password to something that you can remember easily, and then click on
"update my profile". From there, you can upload a photo and create a profile
for yourself that the public and other professionals can access.
We are in the process of making changes to reflect the suggestions you
made at the forum, which will make your profiles more accurate. If, however,
you'd like to start right away without any of our instructions, suggestions
and comments, e mail us at collaborate@xxxxxxxxxxx and Jennifer Jackson,
Paula Jackson or Tim Hamilton will give you your password to get you
started. We would prefer, however, that you wait for your e mail, because
we are in the process of developing the drop down list that will allow you
to place yourself in your collaborative practice group listing. We are also
going to be giving you more choices relating to your area of practice and
the ability log in your training as a trainer as well as a trainee.
For those of you who are not IACP members, I of course would urge you to
join. We need your help and participation in the work we are doing to
further Collaborative Practice, to upgrade the quality of the practice, to
provide networking for our members and to provide education/resources for
the public and members alike.
In any case, you can send your clients to our new website, as the "home
page" is for the public and accessible by anyone. We also have a "for
Collaborative Professionals" part of the site which is accessible by anyone
as well, whether you are an IACP member or not. Anyone will be able to
search for collaborative professionals from anywhere on the site.
Be patient as we get the glitches out; we are still transferring and
uploading links and resources, and working to make the site a useful
resource for all of you! Be sure to send me your suggestions/upgrades!
