I have been following this thread with interest as I too learned a great
deal from one of Woody's presentations at APFM last fall. I think you
summarized it beautifully, Jean. Letting go of outcome, which is also
something that's necessary to mediate effectively, is key to empowering our
clients to find the resolution that's best for their families. Once you've
truly let it go, there is no turning back. The paradigm shift is
life-changing for both ourselves and our clients.
