Indeed.
For example:

How true this is!!! I read an article some tome ago about the "El Toro" lawn
mower company, and how they avoid litigation by taking good care of people,
injured by their lawn mowers...
Somehow our society seems to think apologizing is anathema. They skewered
Bill Clinton (log before his personal peccadilloes came to light) because he
apologized about his tax policy statements ... but it works!
I hope this is widely read!
