Dear List - If a 15 year old boy (who is not a discipline problem) is feeling
that his home is unwelcome and he is contemplating leaving that home because of
hostility by a parent, who should he call? I know Quebec is a large area, but
is there some agency or authority from which he can seek shelter and
assistance?
