One thought is, the collaborative process demands that an attempt be made
to correct the problem by negotiation. Reacting by bringing out the big guns
and starting a shooting g war is certainly familiar but it never yields the
results the clients expect: the $$ ends of being spent on fees!
Linda Seinturier tells a story about one of her cases where they were able to
repair the damage ... it is NOT out of the question...
