Hi, Tom. The only counsel I know in Powell County is a Court of Appeals
Judge, so that would not help too much.
Lexington has some great attorneys. She might try Eileen O'Brien at Stoll
Keenan Ogden, (859) 231-3057. Others, who may also be or associated with
collaborative counsel, are Anita Britton, (859) 231-3057, Stokes Harris,
(859) 255-2039, or Martha Rosenberg (859) 233-7972.
If none of these work for any reason, let me know. We will get your
sister's friend to the right attorney !
