Our group has started adding full team over the last year with great
results but before that we did collaborative with the attorneys and a
financial neutral and utilized a mediator if needed.
I wouldn't say the mediator replaces the MHP but having a neutral
facilitator can help with communication because their neutrality allows
them to address issues from a different perspective than the lawyers.

According to IACP guidelines, standards and ethics, one does not replace
the other. Is it accurate to assume full teams are not being used in
collaborative cases and the role of the MHP is being minimized?
