Good New Year to all!
I am looking for 2 collaborative lawyers in Rochester.
This is a second marriage for both parties. One party's two kids are
adults. Of the other party's two kids, one is out of the home and another
has another year before attending college. Lot's of anger, animosity and
intensity. At least one of the parties would prefer to seek traditional
litigation as a means to getting even to perceived injustices.
I am steering the parties to Collaborative Law, knowing they are at risk
of losing their limited assets to the fight, which really is not necessary.
Although full of piss and vinegar, I do believe they could be coached
through the Collaborative process with two strong lawyers.
