The attorney need to speak privately with the  client and provide  "gentle
confrontation" and some reality testing to  make them look at what their
behavior is doing to disrupt the process. The  attorney should also consider
that the
client's behavior may be due to some  underlying issue(s) that the MHP may be
able to flesh out.
