I strongly second Malcolm's post. Skills development leads to confidence
in the work. Good work leads to more work.
Additionally, from my own experience, investment in a strong, competent,
collegial collaborative community is critical to building an individual
practice. This work depends on having a level of trust in the collaborative
professionals we are working with. It really does "take a village."
