I am sure you will receive good advice from the lawyers in this
group. I wanted to comment as a licensed Marriage and Family
Therapist. I was asked a few years ago to do a presentation at a
local nursery school on bullying. It was surprising to find that it
was a significant issue at this early age. One thing we know is that
it is important for adults to intervene in these behaviors to prevent
them from continuing on. Children of all ages may need help to deal
with bullying. I am disappointed that these parents are not
addressing the situation. Bullying is frequently the result of
anger, fear or poor communication skills in the one who is doing the
bullying. These parents are missing an opportunity to address these
issues at this time when children should be learning appropriate
social skills. I don't know the legal ramifications of your
situation. However, I wish you luck in educating these adults in how
to help all of these children. -- In

Does anyone know whether a non-profit is required to provide access
children with disabilities? Can they lose the not-for-profitstatus for
failing to provide for the safety of children and equal access forchildren

I am asking the board to:
1. Draft protocols and guidelines for play dates.
2. Provide training to play date coordinators.
