An IACP member who attended my training in Switzerland last week is seeking a
10 day internship with a CL firm in North America. If you or your practice
group colleagues are interested, please contact Christophe
directly.
As CL continues to grow, reciprocal internships for US and
Canadian CL Professionals throughout the world will hopefully become a
customary part of CL training and practice development.

Subject: Collaborative Practice
Dear Forrest,
It was with pleasure and great interest that I attended your conference last
Wednesday evening in Bern, especially on the collaborative law.
I plan to build up with some other colleagues a pool in Geneva of collaborative
lawyers for both civil and international (whether civil or commercial) cases. I
myself am enrolled in the Master of European Mediation Program at the Kurt
Boesch Institute in Sion (Wallis, Switzerland). My research paper will be
devoted to collaborative law which is a phenomenon not really known around here.
In order to complete my research, but also to really appraise the practice of
collaborative law I am seeking a ten day traineeship in a firm of collaborative
practitioners. Do you think that this is the sort of opportunity you could
provide to me? Or would you recommend me some fellows of yours?
May I also ask you by the same token your power point presentation of 5th March?
Thank you in advance for considering my various requests. I look forward to
hearing from you.
Kind regards,
Christophe IMHOOS
