A brief presentation identifying the distinctive elements of the
collaborative process and their value in civil dispute resolution scenarios,
including
· client-centered negotiation
· transparency, and
· the voluntary exchange of all relevant information;
An update on state-and nation-wide efforts to develop civil collaborative
practice by other groups;
An audience participation brainstorming exercise to explore your role in
building the path to fully developed civil collaborative practice as a
viable civil dispute resolution option.
Use of the study group as a forum to support civil collaborative
practitioners, teams and cases in Sonoma County and the Bay Area.
